Fall 2017 Competition Season off to a great start!
A huge group of our dancers from Beginning through Open Championships had a wonderful weekend in Greensboro competing at the Walsh Kelley Feis this past weekend!
We love competition weekends because of the fun and friendship our families experience together. As teachers, we love it because it gives us a chance to really celebrate each of our dancers' individual achievements, whether that be competing for the first time, qualifying to compete at a higher level, and even qualifying for one of those sparkly costumes!
We also love it for the opportunities it gives us as a school to help our dancers learn how to handle both success and disappointment with grace and poise. Competing against your friends can be a hard thing! Together we unite to help our dancers embrace competition for the life lessons it teaches us all. We were so proud of everyone!
